Hello faithful subscribers, and anyone new happening to find my blog!  Happy New Year! I apologize for the long delay in doing a new blog post, but I’ve been BUSY!  Good busy though, and I’ve wanted to share a little more about myself here on my blog and found some great info to start with!  From last Thanksgiving through the Christmas holiday and into the New Year, I have been consistently finding new and interesting information about spiritual, physical, and nutritional healing work for a medical issue I’ve been diagnosed with, chronic adrenal fatigue.  And all of the techniques I’ve found are good for anyone looking to find the best health possible.

Regarding my medical issue, most doctors that I’ve spoken to have never heard of chronic adrenal fatigue.  I have had medical problems for the last 6 years due to it, but thankfully I found a very good integrative MD in 2005.  She helped me with some nutritional supplementation and pharmaceuticals.  I’m functional now, but I would have to stay on these medications for life.  I had come to the point where stem cells, and to be clear, only non-embryonic cells, seemed to be the only option available to regain my complete health.

This train of thought has recently changed for me though, with some events that happened over the last few months.  I actually had the realization I might be able to have a natural healing… I’m still saying “might be able to” which is going to have to change as I move along here, but for the first time in a long time, I have hope.

I found a nutritionist familiar with endocrine system problems, that says it is possible my issues can be healed naturally.  I also found some spiritual healing modalities that seem positive and promising as well.  So I’ve been given a lot of new information and am starting a new healthy lifestyle regimen.  I’ll share more about it as I continue to move forward with this exciting news!

In working with my new nutritionist we decided not to spend a lot of money on food allergy tests, and to just cut out what over 1/3 of the population is allergic to, which is wheat, oats, and gluten.   I’m also off of coffee, no more teas with caffeine, diet cokes (about 6 mos. ago thank goodness), etc.  Yuk!  Hard to admit I EVER drank Diet Coke, it is SO BAD for you!

I have to go barefoot outside on the grass, dirt, or sand, for at least 15 minutes a day.  My nutritionist told me to look up Barefoot Technology, and I found this video by David Wolf.  He speaks about the importance of being grounded, or electrically connected to the earth as discovered by Clint Ober.

So then I googled Clint Ober, and found his site with more interesting information:  “Do you comprehend why having direct skin contact with the earth is very, very, healthy for your body? (And, what do thunderstorms have to do with one’s health?)   Answer: The earth contains virtually limitless quantities of free electrons, maintained by thousands of lightning strikes per minute all over the world. When a person’s bare skin touches the earth, a flow of anti oxidizing free electrons from the earth travels all throughout that person’s body — neutralizing free radicals.”

Researcher Clint Ober has recently uncovered the truth (hidden right below our feet) — that the free radical neutralizing flow of free electrons and circadian frequencies that are absorbed by touching Mother Earth reduces (stress-creating) cortisol in the body, synchronizes our biological clocks with the earth and slows inflammatory damage to cells caused by free radicals.”  Pretty cool stuff, huh?!!  I’ve been walking on the grass at a nearby school.  It feels great!  Brings out the little kid in you too.  I want to do cartwheels, but there may be a whole other medical issue I have to discuss if I tried that!  haha!

I was also advised to start using a rebounder, which is a little mini trampoline that luckily I had in my garage.  I go as fast as I can for 3 to 4 minutes, 4 times a day.  This along with taking deep breaths of Ions from my air purifier that pumps out IONS in a big way, and I’ll cover this necessity in a future blog post.

Lymphatic system

The trampoline gets oxygen to, and gets the lymphatic system moving.   Here’s more about the wonders of jumping on a trampoline that I found on a great website called HealingDaily.com; “The human body needs to move. The lymph system bathes every cell, carrying nutrients to the cell and waste products away.

Contrary to blood which is pumped by the heart, the lymph is totally dependent on physical exercise to move. Without adequate movement, the cells are left stewing in their own waste products and starving for nutrients, a situation which contributes to arthritis, cancer and other degenerative diseases as well as aging. Vigorous exercise such as rebounding is reported to increase lymph flow by 15 to 30 times.

Restrictive clothing prevents the flow of both blood and lymph. Wearing a bra to prevent sagging breasts actually weakens the muscles and connective tissue which helps to create sagging breasts. The free movement of the breasts during walking and exercise helps to pump the lymph through the breast tissue. “  And what really blew my mind after reading all of this was that by doing this rebounding excercise, it SEVERLY DECREASES YOUR CHANCES  OF GETTING BREAST CANCER!!!

I was like, HUH?  How come I never heard about that before?  You would think this kind of news would be main stream with so many women getting breast cancer.  Unreal!  But I’m glad at least I can help spread the news about this amazing discovery.  EVERYONE, GET ON A REBOUNDER SOON!

I think that’s enough for now!  Don’t want to overload you like I’ve overloaded myself where you don’t come back for weeks!  I look forward to sharing more with you in future posts, near future that is!  And for those of you reading this who have also been diagnosed with chronic adrenal fatigue, I will be sharing more useful information that especially helps those of us afflicted with this troublesome medical issue.
