Political Awakenings
As I recently shared in my blog post Glenn Beck Headline News, I stated I would prepare a list of recommended video’s and websites sharing factual evidence, and the online qualitative research that I had done in my search for truth. In case you are wondering what online qualitative research means, the website QSR International.com explains it as follows:
“Qualitative research seeks out the ‘why’, not the ‘how’ of its topic through the analysis of unstructured information – things like interview transcripts, emails, notes, feedback forms, photos and videos. It doesn’t just rely on statistics or numbers, which are the domain of quantitative researchers.”

Basically I wanted to not only know how the twin towers really fell on September 11, 2001, but also why. In my previous Exploring American History Part 1 blog post, I shared a story about a bad experience I had in dealing with our government. I had been a life long Republican, and because this occurrence happened during President GW Bush‘s term in office, it was terribly disappointing to me.
I had such a high regard for President Bush, and felt that even at the lower levels of our government system, he should have had a handle on that too. Obviously I was very naive. And obviously I had never previously done any online qualitative research regarding 9/11, Katrina, the Gulf War, Iraq, or Haliburton…and the list goes on and on.
I believed that Ronald Reagan was a great leader, and that even though both President Bush’s that followed him were not stellar, that they were still good people. Especially because they were pro-life, or now that I know better… “said” they were pro-life anyways.
So after experiencing slander, and witnessing complete incompetence by our government in my own personal dealings with them, I was left disgusted and disillusioned. This caused the first crack in my very strong Republican foundational belief system. It had always been easy for me to criticize the democrats, because most didn’t even have regard for the sanctity of human life with their pro-choice platform.

I watched the video September Clues for the first time almost 1 year ago today over the Thanksgiving weekend in 2008. Being open to the possibility that not all in life is as it appears, especially in regards to our government, I began my journey of political awakening. I took “the Red Pill” as they say in the Matrix, because I believe reality and truth are worth pursuing. I hope the factual evidence provided, and online qualitative research work I’ve discovered, will help you in your journey.
Here’s my list of materials entitled ” Political Awakenings”, in which you will find most of my qualitative research discoveries in the article Jules Naudet 9/11 Film was Staged, work by Deanna Spingola, the documentaries “Why we Fight?”, and “The Arrivals.” I don’t necessarily agree with all the information contained within each of the references below. I have found that although most of the websites I have highlighted do have merit, it’s important to be discerning when sifting through any website.

Glenn Beck characterizes those who question the governments official version of the events of 9/11 as “anarchists,” “terrorists,” and as persons denying the Holocaust.
